We do not accept returns for any custom-made and/or personalized gifts. We are not responsible for errors made in spelling on the customers’ part. Please be sure of the spelling before you make your order as items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Personalized items may only be returned if they are defective, or if we have made an error in spelling or size. These items will be fixed or replaced at our cost.  Please note that while we try our very best to prevent duplication of identical gifts, personalized gift duplication is not guaranteed and we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for any duplicated personalized gift.
